English/Hindi with in a word count of 1500 words
As many as you like, but a maximum of 5 entries per submission.

Prizs & Guidelines

Language: You can write in English or Hindi.
Length: Minimum 50 words, maximum 1,500 words.
What to Write: Poems, short stories, essays, articles or even couplets, any theme, any subject that inspires you.
Who Can Join: Open to all Indians and the global Indian community. Age doesn’t matter because creativity has no boundaries.
Deadline: Submit before 31st October 2026, 11:59 PM IST.
Submission Format: Send your work in .doc, .docx, .pdf, or .txt. But remember, previously published works are not allowed.
Originality: Please submit works only with your own words. No plagiarism, no AI writing.
Entry Fee: INR 500 per submission.

Sumanta is a physics graduate whose career has spanned over two decades in the corporate world. Alongside his professional journey, he has nurtured a deep engagement with literature and poetry. He is the author of The Little Book of Longing and Despair and is currently working on translations of internationally acclaimed poets, bringing their voices to new readers.

His intellectual interests extend to the history of communism and political thought, reflecting a lifelong curiosity about ideas that have shaped societies. Beyond books, he enjoys capturing the quiet poetry of everyday life through photography, finding beauty in ordinary moments.
